Ac conductivity from complex permitivity for resonant cavities at high frequencies?

Hi everyone,

I´m working with resonant cavities to get the dielectric properties of rubber/iron oxides composites at high frequencies (7-25 GHz), and I want to know How I would be able to get a the Ac conductivity from the real and imaginary part of the permitivity?

Can I use this formula for the resonant cavity method?:

σac = ε''.ω.ε0

At a resonance frequency ωo . yes, but not at other frequencies. at other frequencies the real part ε' must be involved.
