what is the difference between feSO4 and feSO4.7H2O ? i know that optimal molarity of feSO4 used for inducing lipid peroxydation of sperm cells is 150 µmol. Can I use FeSO4.7H2O instead of FeSO4 with the same molarity?
I would like to know if the following amounts of feSO4.7H20 and ascorbic acid are accurate for the following molarities (150 micromol and 750 micromol respectively): 4.17 mg and 13.2 mg in 100 ml of distilled water (according to my own calculations)
