i have a lot of referencies about ABTS.+ decolorization assay but i have a doubt about measurement of absorbance of control :
some authors such Katalinic et al. (2005) (attached pdf file) say that absorbance of control is measured at t=0, absorbance of tested sample at t=6 min
in other documents, the authors seem to say that both absorbance of control and tested sample are measured after 6 min (If I understood correctly) !!!!

the % of inhibition is described like this :
(absorbance of sample at t=0 - absorbance of sample at t=10) / abs of sample at t=0 *100
which of the these versions is right?
