I'm finishing my undergraduate thesis, and I need to describe a species that has actually been published as Euselachii(a cohort of chondrichthyans) gen. et sp. indet.. I agree this name, So in systematic paleontology whether is it correct to still use "Euselachii gen. et sp. indet." as its name? In addition, if I Find one species but consider it as other kind of Euselachii but still is gen. et sp. indet., how to name the latter？name it as gen. et sp. indet 2.?

In answer to your question, Euselachii gen. et sp. indet. is not a formal taxonomic name and only indicates that the species has not yet been fully identified or assigned a formal taxonomic name.
If you find another species that you believe it cannot been fully identified or assigned a formal taxonomic name after careful consideration. You should still use 'Euselachii gen. et sp. indet.'. For example, our Euselachii gen. et sp. indet. is fifty centimeters in length that is longer than Euselachii gen. et sp. indet. of Zhao et al. (2022).

I agree with Jiangshu Wang's comment. And you are correct in using gen. et sp. indet. 1 and gen. et sp. indet. 2 etc. This is a common practice in invertebrate palaeontology when dealing with fragmentary material, identifiable only to a level above genus, but clearly including multiple species.
I agree with Lars Ramskold. Yes we can adopt open nomenclature using gen. et sp. indet. 1, 2 etc.
