I hope you are all doing well. I am working on the pulsed laser deposition of chalcogenide based thermoelectric materials, i.e., Bi2Te3 and Sb2Te3. Ablation threshold of these materials is one of the most important factor required to optimize their deposition conditions. I wanted to know their ablation threshold in terms of energy density or power. Please share any resource or guide me how can I measure their ablation threshold?
