ABAQUS VDLOAD Subroutine Help?

Hi,

I want to simulate Laser Shock Peening Process in Abaqus. In this I want to vary a pressure wave with time as well as with position. Literature says that it can be done by using VDLOAD Subroutine.

Can anyone help me out with this? I want to know how this subroutine file can be created and attached in my Abaqus Simulation input.
