Hi,
I want to simulate shock loading in ABAQUS, as the pressure is very high and is acting for a very short time I need to give Equation of State (EoS) material properties also along with Johnson-Cook Parameters.
Now for Us-Up type I need to fill the values of Reference speed of sound(C0), Slope of Us-Up curve(s) and Gruneisen ratio(Gamma0) for the material.
Can anybody suggest me how to obtain these material properties so that I may get the desired result.

Dear Abhishek, for the majority of materials Gruneisen parameters is around 2. Please see this paper for some simple estimates:
