Hello.
I tried many ways to fix this problem such increasing increments, changing mesh size and boundary conditions,...but Abaqus still show this error. When i define static behaviour without defining plastic behaviour, there is no problem and completely run, but when i add plastic behaviour, run is abort.

Regarding your plastic material model:
In the vincinity of a stress singularity, there you might have high plastic strain. In that case, it is common practice to add an additional data point to the plastic material data with "very large" strain with a positive slope -

A few suggestion which might make your solver to converge.
- Using hybrid elements instead of standard ones
- Using Riks solver since it can handle instabilities
- Using displacement loading instead of force loading
