Is the room temperature stability of IgM monoclonal antibodies of anti-A antibodies different from that of anti-B antibodies vs. anti-O antibodies of blood groups types?
No ,there is no difference as for as stability at room temperature of different l A,B, O Blood group antibodies .
There is no difference
Dharmesh & Fekri, thanks for responding.
Do you know how long antibodies to the A, B and O antigen could stay at room temperature without degrading?
There should be no difference.
The ABO antibodies are natural antibodies (IGM)
and are affected equally by storage
Thanks Chukwurah.
Please can you site some articles on your response?
Why is the concordance rate of whole blood antibody Identification 100% while that of plasma antibody Identification is approximately 30%?
