There are tests out there for assessing reflective teaching. It must be carefully defined within your research paradigm as many of these evaluation and assessment tools do not reliably and validly assess what has been, well-researched and defined as reflective teaching over the past 30 years. You must be sure to include research by Brown and Campionne and their students that date back to the 1970's and 80's.
