I am a budding entrepreneur looking to enter the field of mushroom cultivation.

I and my partner are Biotech engineers . I have been staying away from the field for some time but recent study attracted us towards the field of Mushroom cultivation.

We are looking for some guidance and suggestion from Subject matter experts on Shiitake Mushroom cultivation. Would love to hear if some one in this community are already working on them.
