in electrochemical sensing applications, there is usually a successive addition of droplets of a particular solution, let's say glucose solution with Concentration1= XmM, with Volume1=50uL, in another solution, lets say PBS with Volume2=100mL, and glucose concentration2=0mM (C2).

Now, if we're interested to investigate the output signal of the sensor for 1mM of the glucose, should the droplet concentration of glucose(C1) be 1mM or according to final Volume(C2=100mL), the droplet concentration of glucose should be 100mM,which will be diluted to 1mM in the final solution where the sensor is located?
