Is it possible to identify Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies via PCR product sequencing?
Most probably, with the use of whole length 16S gene sequencing.
Dear Abhijeet
Till I know the bacterium differs from close relatives because of harboring the plasmid including cry genes. Then, 16S gene sequencing may not be enough. Have You a reference for your answer, please share it. Thanks, Babak
Try to use gyrB PCR-Sau3Al gene or 16S rRNA
