Reasons: 1- The light we see from the black hole is only due to the collision of tiny particles. Light is never emitted from the surface of a black hole.
2- A black hole is a stage in the life of a star: the outgoing waves are still there. And the rings of the waves reach the core in the shortest distance.
3- Two things that can be seen near the black hole.
Visibility horizon: (full explanation of the formation of the visibility horizon with detailed calculations soon) and vertical radiation: in the north and south axis (due to: magnetic wave lines).
Important note: Both occur south of the black hole, but are dim for some reason. I will prove it later.
4- As the mass of the black hole decreases: the distance between the rings is closer to the vertical axis from north to south. Most circles are closer to the vertical line. The compression of rings increases. Particle collision increases. The number of particles that collide near the vertical axis increases. Vertical radiation is observed more.
5- The mass of the black hole is larger. The distance between the rings increases. The observed vertical radiation comes only from the closer rings.
The waves are bigger.

And the radiation is more.
But the dispersion of particles in the vertical axis is less. And the dispersion of particles is greater in long distances. As a result, in the vertical axis: particle collisions occur less and the radiation observed in the vertical axis is weaker.
While the total radiation is higher in the space around the large mass.
