I need the latest average capital and running costs per kW of detailed grid-connected solar-PV system. The list should include the costs of all components, such as modules, sun tracking, MPPT, DC cables, AC cables, DC and AC protection devices, and inverters. I think you should make it clear that the capital costs are per kW while the running costs are per kWh. Trying to combine these figures will serve more to confuse than to inform! But I think your question is very appropriate and I look forward to reading any answers you receive!

A remarkable note to know from the comparison of 2017 and 2018 reports is the rising cost of the module. Although its amount is very low, however, what is the reason?

All prices are depend on the capacity of solar plant and the equipments brands. Usually in the small plants, less than 100KW total price (all equipments and installation) is about 1.5 usd per watt and for solar plants with large capacity more than 1MW , total price is around 1usd per watt. A lot has changed in terms of cost in the industry in the last 2 years especially the cost of the high wattage modules (Tier 1). Also, the capital cost may include the cost of expensive reclosers or other connection equipments from local electricity authority. For example, in South Africa, 1MW rooftop system could cost as low as $0.65/kW, while 100kW system could cost about $1.5/kW. I would almost recommend taking a current average estimate from a local EPC.

Abstract
This paper describes a design and detailed analysis of a grid connected solar PV system for the Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) campus. Various design considerations are discussed including the factors and parameters with limited data and information resources available for Bangladesh. Cost analysis reveals that the proposed design is economical and cost effective for the AUST campus.
