05 February 2020 4 8K Report

Dear all,

I am trying to find composition data (CEL, HEM, LIG, SOL, Corg, Norg) on a variety of global crop residues (leaves/straw, roots, stems) and whole plants (for those crops cultivated as green manure). My goal is to use such data to predict their N mineralisation kinetics in soil, following Lashermes et al. (2010) "Typology of exogenous organic matters based on chemical and biochemical composition to predict potential nitrogen mineralization", among other sources. I've come across some publications with such data for a few crops, but I'm still lacking quite a few.

Do you know of any database, dataset, report, or comprehensive review/data paper that features such data?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Angel
