I'm currently revising my manuscript into a case report focused on a research issue, as recommended by the journal. Unlike traditional case reports that describe clinical cases or programme implementation, this version aims to highlight a gap in the literature or practice.

I’m wondering if anyone has experience writing issue-focused case reports. If so, would you be willing to share a template, structure, or example that you've found useful?
