A 35 years old lady had reported for routine check up. She was detected to be having PCOS one year back. She was advised only weight reduction then. Documents not available. The lady has been having periods only after intake of progesterone for the last year. However, the last period commenced spontaneously on 07 Nov after a gap of 2 months. Prior to one year, the patient used to have regular menstrual periods lasting for 3 to 5 days. The patient has noticed slight increase in amount of flow this year. She has had 3 spontaneous conceptions, 2 of them resulting in normal deliveries. She gives family H/O Diabetes Mellitus. The patient's weight is 80kg. Her Blood sugar levels: Fasting  112mg% PP  114mg%. Her Thyroid levels are normal. Ultrasound of pelvis reveals normal sized uterus with ET of 14mm. The right ovary is enlarged with echogenic stroma but not polycystic. Ultrasound has been taken 4 days before onset of menstrual period. What is the significance of ET of 14mm and only right ovary being enlarged with echogenic stroma?
