I have encountered one problem . I am using 65mn steel material for one of my product as spring part which will get deformed in application load. I am seeing the part getting into plastic strain zone. If we change the tempering cycle to make the structure into Bainite will it help to improve? Need advise.

At what temperature range is bainite stable and at what range also do you intend to apply the spring ? What are the intimidating properties of bainite as compared to martensite . The Fe-C phase diagram will surely assist .
Yes indeed! Bainite microstructure will result in better resistance to fatgue. Look for an austempering heat treatment to your steel!
In order to obtain bainitic microstructure with 65Mn steel, you need to apply austempering heat treatment with a suitable temperature that requires isothermal salt quenching. Otherwise you may have a duplex microstructure. Bainite microstructure will help to imrove fatigue properties.
