Hi, researchers. I am looking for the manual for the 91-items questionnaire 5D-ASC from Dittrich, A. et al. It measures subjective qualities of psychedelic and psychotic experiences. I need it for my project on Southamerican Ayahuasca-tourism. I need the instruction to calculate it.

I already googled this, but thanks. How do I calculate this? Do I take the average from all the items of each of the 11 scales? Do I use the millimeters of the visual-analogue-scale on the paper or do I transform these mm into % before continuing to use it for statistics. I can not use the mm because the copies of my paper versions differ. So I transformed the answers into a Likert-like scale with from 0 to 10.
