Hello,

I am trying to perform a competitive ELISA to know if 5-MTP is present in my plasma samples. The idea is to generate 5-MTP-conjugated HRP, mix it with 5-MTP or plasma and add this mixture to a microtiter plate coated with anti-5-MTP antibodies. 

Do someone have an idea about the concentrations of anti-5-MTP to coat my plate, and 5-MTP-HRP I should use?
