Solid state magic angle spinning NMR allows detection of low abundance 43 Ca with spin of 7/2. The coordination chemistry of Calcium is complex with a number of 7- and 9-coordinate complexes known.

Has anyone found evidence of Fluorine coupling to the Calcium in published spectra?

I would guess that observation of the 19F spectrum could lose any 43Ca splitting peaks in the baseline noise.
