I wonder if people know 3'deoxy ribonucleotide (i.e. with 2'OH) is commercially available? I didn't find any in the modified bases product section in IDT, thermo, or sigma. I'd like to use this to shut down elongating RNA polymerase in vitro instantaneously without denaturing it, just like how ddNTPs work for shutting down DNA polymerase in Sanger sequencing . Would be very appreciated for suggestions.
