Please find the manual of Sybyl in the attached files. It has written very smoothly and is so helpful I think.

But I have a problem, when I want to align my database I select the anglet align compounds then I chose the molecule Template I click apply at this time all the molecules disappear except the molecule Template

then what can I do since I do not get the molecules aligned so I can not build the 3D-QSAR model?

Mr Mahadev Asaram Jadhav asked me to visit videos on youtub, but I found that during these videos the author does not align the molecules and directly elaborates the 3D-QSAR model.
