A major problem is the story of three or four rounds of review. Publishing firms take it easy. After the requests of the first round of review are fulfilled, they take the amended research and send it to completely new reviewers (3 or four reviewers). They repeat this process two or three times. Why is this? Because the reviewers are good people, don't give much attention to their precious time, and are happy with a digital review certificate, but they don't get paid as well. Something like a union has to be created for the reviewers and a system with rules must be established.
