2D electrophoresis analysis: where I can do gel scanning?

I am doing 2DE for my final project, but we do not have a nice scanner to scan my gel. Can anyone kindly suggest where I can do gel scanning. I live in Salford, Greater Manchester. And the next question is, where can I perform the analisis of the 2D gel result as we do not have a lisence of the analitical software? Thank you very much for your help
