A He-4 Nucleus Discovery over 2007-2010 and journey of 2008-2017 modeling, satisfying 6 known constraints, discovering 3 new constraints, calculating mass in 3 parity ways using the same quanta of Yukawa, the first Noble Laureate for the Strong Force,  not knowing till 2017, showing evidence of gravity and after decades finding it to be an Alpha Particle but not taught! The CCP Packing for He Nucleus as discovered in 2010 is confirmed in experiments for He as molecules! Both should have the same fractal principle!
