Please recommend a way to label intact plasmid DNA with something to direct detect it in cell after transfection. Better to have enough sensitivity to detect single plasmid DNA.

Can anybody recommend a good antibody against STMN1? I have tried Santa Cruz and Cell Signaling's, it is specific but the affinity is low. I am looking for a anti-STMN1 antibody with higher affinity.
