Can we use GR grade chemicals for Molecular Biology? or should I use only Molecular Biology grade? How about AR grade?

GR is usually used for cytogenetics but will it work for Molecular Biology? I have seen that the chemicals for Molecular work are different and not GR. What about AR grade? Can someone guide me?
