Is COSMOS comparable to MSC ADAMS? Do they have the same function and power on simulating dynamics of mechanism for example?

I am trying to find a good software for Dynamic Analysis and so far I know Cosmos and ADAMS. I do not know exactly which one is for what purpose. Any opinion?
