Can anyone suggest a protocol for protoplast transformation for the transformation of Bacillus subtilis wild?

I have wild strains of Bacillus, and I'm with real problems in transforming them... I would like to try a protoplast transformation, can anybody suggest a optimized protocol??

Does anyone have a Heat shock protocol for Bacillus subtilis H20.1, MT800 and 1012 and competent cells?

I'm having trouble to transform Bacillus subtilis in my lab, I tried some electroporation protocols, but they are not working. So I wonder if anyone would have a heat shock protocol I could use....
