Hello, any lentivirus vector to permanently transduction of cells for fluorescent cellular membrane?

I am planning to study extracellular vesicles, and to do this I need cells with a fluorescent membrane (GFP, Tomato, etc.), do you guys have any suggestion of lentivirus vector? Thanks!

Does anyone transfected (electroporation) a GFP plasmid to B16 murine melanoma tumor (in vivo) and find the GFP expression in flow cytometer?

I am working with electroporation, but other methods to transfect a GFP plasmid in B16 tumor are welcome too.

How many times do you use the tips of Neon Transfection System INVITROGEN?

In the manual they recommend use the tips by only two times, I and using from 3 times, does anyone using for more times with good results?
