Zein Protein Solubilization?

I am trying to prepare a saturated solution of Zein protein in a SLS aqueous surfactant solution, ~200mM. We add plenty of Zein. We obtain an opaque colloidal dispersion. How do we filter/centrifuge the dispersion to remove excess Zein and obtain a clear liquid?

Dear Ramiro Galleguillos:

Zein amino acids interact with the ionic SDS. Therefore separate them in the aqueous solution difficult. Determine the isoelectric point of the protein + SDS of method DLS. Create this pH in the solution. Interact between Zein + SDS weaken and protein should be precipitated or centrifuge.
