Thanks Andrey, I've checked both sources. Unfortunately they do not match anything that I would call a Service Management Architecture. The one article that claims the term SMA is nowhere near a set of principles: it's all about practices. If you run into anything that resembles a more principle-based structure, I'd love to take another shot!
