Dear Friends, the 138th finding in my Theory is that the quantum communication between two entangled photons released from the laser through the diamond crystal would take a time of 4.408682 x 10^-8 s (to be experimentally verified)...., which is almost instantaneous and does not depend on the distance over which the quantum communication of the entanglement travels, both of which agree with the observations.
