I have to measure 'teachers attitude towards students' research behavior". For this purpose I need already developed questionnaire. Would somebody refer such questionnaire?
As an educator since 3 plus decades, teaching in both public and private institutions from pre-school to now a college professor I will net out the inquiry to say most teacher's have good 'intentions'. But, being a public servant morphs into authoritarian dictates quickly. Children/students are still being expected to 'follow' the teacher regardless of their individual learning styles. When we begin to focus on the 'needs of the students' not the needs of the real estate boards in the school's community or the parents demands... we might be able see the successes such as Finland.
Muhammad, can you elaborate on the particular attitudes of both the students and teachers you wish to measure? From your question, it is unclear what needs to be measured, and specific inquiry sometimes requires a novel set of questions.
For my thesis, it was necessary to design unique questionnaires to probe specific topics and potential responses. Might there be no sufficient questionnaire available to address your inquiry? It's possible. It's also possible that you may design one that others can utilize afterward!
Find one that is similar to what you need, discuss its strong points in your work, and cite its creator (for comparison). Then discuss what might be modified to address your specific inquiry. New measures will always be in demand with the passage of time.
