My name is Chris Rose, I am a bioengineering and nanotechnology masters student at Harvard, I just found out my nephew appears to have ABL.  His total cholesterol is 75, his LDL is 7.  He is 21 and doesn't have a lot of obvious symptoms, perhaps mild ataxia.  He also has a high reading for LP(a), which is 6.
