I have just started my postgraduate studies, and I am a beginner who doesn't have knowledge or experience in critique the literature to find the bias or gaps. I want to review articles, but don't know how I can do it in particular pharmacology and cell culturing, any help would be appreciated.
This is a very interesting topic. In my filed of expertise (toxicology), systematic approaches to assess the bias in in vitro studies are not yet available. The extent to which traditional biases (selection, performance, detection, ...) are applicable to in vitro studies is also not yet entirely clear. In addition, be aware that poor reporting is likely to be a major obstacle.
