There one unwelcome consequence of holding the anti realist view "When there is no motion, forces do not exist or semi anti-realistically" in that it no longer accepts that laws hold everywhere and at all times, which even if it would help in comprehension it would not be accepted by scientific community as is undermines a main and valued principle of it.

Why should 'anti-realism' be privileged more than any of the other perspectives mentioned in the entirety of the article? That entire article might be useful as an appendix in some sorts of textbooks, but a chemistry book wouldn't really be enhanced by presenting alchemy or an astrodynamics text by covering astrology. Most university curriculum usually have some sort of even cursory 'History of Science'', usually with Khun as reading material, because it is essential to know the flavors of epistemic pitfalls in science.
