I am searching somebody for collaboration who is preferably Japanese or at least speaks the Japanese language well.
I am a PhD student with a research topic about Sony AIBO robot dogs. In last May, I run a questionnaire to get know how AIBO owners feelings about their robots nowadays and their opinions about the existing/future software for AIBO. I got quite many responses, but I can't reach AIBO forums in Japan because I don't speak their language and they don't speak too much English. I wonder if somebody would be interested to translate my questionnaire to Japanese, collect answers from Japanese AIBO forums on the internet and translate the answers back to English. It would be really nice to compare the opinions and expectations of long-term AIBO owners of Europe/USA Japan. One or more papers can be written together if there is interest for that.

Although I can speak and read Japanese, your request takes a bit of work.
One suggestion is to team up with your Japanese Department and see whether there is someone interesting in helping you there.
Translation is a skilled task for which you will need funds, unless you can find someone with a reciprocal need.
A few re-iterations with Google/BIng/etc. will show you that even the computing might of these huge corporations has not made translation easy.
