I have set up a cylindrical coordinate system on my model, and by looking at the Elemental Triads, it's looking as it is defined. But, I wasn't sure about the setup in Workbench materials properties to assume the XYZ directions in Engineering Data Sources to be my cylindrical X-radial, Y-hoop, Z-axial directions.

How do we ascertain the material directional properties in Workbench ?

This is for unidirectional carbon fibre reinforced polymer, with the X in the fibre direction, Y the transverse direction, and Z the thickness direction in the Engineering Data Sources.
