Laurin was was my office mate and team researcher on Loblolly and slash pine plantations. I did the dry matter production work ( Ecol. Monographs, 1973). He did the "mineral cycling." While the work didn't seem to show much about Fluorine influence, as I recall, there is a huge amount of data.
