Will there be any change in the isoelectric point of a protein that contains metal atoms?

My protein is a zinc containing metallo enzyme with two zn ions at the active site. I found the isoelectric pont using online tool. It is 5.95. Since my protein has meta ions, will there be any increase in the pI.
