Hi Sir/Madam,
I would like to know is there any possible or evidence that the gene expression of antioxidant gene such as GST, SOD gene and PPARgamma gene expression are downregulated due to feedback mechanism when animals are provided with external antioxidants from plants and herbs?
This is my assumption: external antioxidants are saturated, effort of antioxidant gene reduces, PPAR gamma downregulate as antioxidant genes are need not to be transcripted more.
If there is evidence, can I have the related mechanism and articles?
