Your question is not clear - are you asking for how to ask the question about whether or not someone is transgender? Or are you interested in something other factor? There are many studies that look at depression, suicidality, community connectedness, etc., so if you could specify what type of tool you are looking at, that would be helpful. Yes, I am also confused, are you asking about the questions that we use to identify gender and not only sex of respondent in whatever survey? This is a very good question. Any answer over there?
Hi. I am the same doubt. But if you need just questionnaires on variables others than gender identity, i can share with you the survey we used to explore living condicions and stigma and discriminacion In Argentina. Results are sort of a baseline to measures un a couple of years the impact of the Gender Identity Law.

Yes please Ines. We have many examples of questions that address the issue of gender identity. What I am looking for now are questions asked to individuals who have self-identified as being transgender. Topic areas can be anything. Sexual risk behaviors, discrimination, lifestyle, mental health status, physical health status, etc.
