Why would the m/z match the neutral mass in positive MALDI qTOF?

I’m working with steroids, androgens specifically, and I have 2 compounds that give me m/z’s that match the neutral mass. The 2 compounds are dihydrotestosterone and androstanedione. I’ve tried every mixture of adducts I can think of and multiple charging. Is there something I’m missing that would cause this?
