When I enter the load to the HOMERPro without considering the random variability the peak load is about 17 KW, because of making the load mor realistic I define 5 percent day to day and 10 percent time step random variability, the peak load increase to about 24 KW , so the simulation result shows the component designed regarding the the 24 KW, therefore increase the cost of the project too. How can I solve this problem??

If I defining a day to day and a time step random variabilities increase the peak load and therefore the cost of the project, You should not forget that it increase the reliability of the system. To handle the problem, just carry out a trade-off between the cost and reliability of the system to be designed.
