Different natural amino acids employed for the synthesis of metallic Nano particles. But now a days three amino acids (Glycine, tyrosine and cysteine )use in silver and gold nanoparticles formation ? What is the logic behind these three amino acids high utilization in nanoparticles?????

As you know, when making metallic nanoparticles (NPs) one needs to reduce e.g. Ag+ to Ag0 to obtain metals and next cap them to protect them from further nucleation and aggregation. For that small molecules like amino acids are perfect. Glycine and Cysteine are amongst the smallest of the amino acids, so the reason for their preference may very well be the size. Tyrosine, I don't understand why this is preferred... It may be that the phenolic end-group is a better reducing agent. Or the fact that Tyrosine has two and not one acid group. I know that citric acid (with three acid groups) is also often used in NP synthesis as a stabilizer/capping agent. Multiple acid groups allow one to use pH as a control for NP size, could also be this. If you are really interested in why Tyrosine, I would check an article it is used in and see which pH conditions the authors used, or why they decided to use Tyrosine at all.

The use of natural amino acids for the synthesis of metallic Nanoparticles is usually in the solution combustion method from the best of my knowledge. Through this process, a precursor mass is prepared and after calcination, the desired nanoparticles are obtained. As glycine and cysteine are the smallest amino acids with lower molecular mass thus combustion process becomes energy efficient. This I can say from my point of view.
