Please take a look at the table I uploaded for testing for 4 hypothesis.
1 testing for the negative relationship between age and turnover and 3 hypotheses for testing moderation effect (i.e., the interaction terms)
There are lots of missing data on 'promotion' and when promotion is added, the relationship between age and turnover just becomes insignificant. I am wondering if I should still keep 'promotion' in the regression? Does it mean that my first hypothesis failed?
