Hello everyone, I would like to ask about radiotherapy and chemotherapy resistant in tumor hypoxia.
why tumor hypoxia resist radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients who have a malignant tumor.

For radiotherapy to work, oxygen is needed as most of the damaging effects on the DNA level of the cell/tumorcell is due to the production of reactive oxygen species. So less oxygen, less damage/efficiency.
Maybe psychologically it is a case of morphism when it comes to treatment. Lets face it oxygen in the tissues is blood flow and or a thrombosis hypothesis. In a counsel point maybe blood thinner and lung function review of the sufferer. The fact that malignancy is an issue discovery of benign points may be beneficial. Morphism is a radiation that is natural in human biology where imbalance of per say hypothetically in environment, diet, and or activity will cause a benign point to be at risk for malignancy.
